At this time, international shipping is not available.

• During high-volume periods (sales, festive seasons, new launches), processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

• Courier partner delays
• Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
• All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order on time, Studio Ivory is not liable for delays caused by:

• Government restrictions
• Unforeseen logistical challenges

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
• Please record an unboxing video
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof
We will review the issue and assist as per our policy.
